Final approval is always determined by government authorities and/or authorized processing partners.

• Upload clear, genuine, readable documents that meet requirements.
• Respond quickly if additional documents or clarification is requested.
• Review delivered details and report concerns promptly.

• Prices shown before checkout may include service + gateway fees.
• Fees can change due to authority policy updates, provider changes, or FX adjustments.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, processing may pause until resolved.

Refund eligibility depends on whether processing has started and whether third-party costs are already incurred.

Government refusals, delays, or additional document requests do not automatically qualify for refunds.
